Oil Burner Nozzles
Monarch Precision Nozzles for Domestic Oil Burners and Heating Units. The MONARCH nozzle is an important component of clean and flawless combustion. For decades, burner manufacturers, servicemen, wholesalers and tradesmen have choosen the MONARCH nozzle for its precision, efficiency, and long life resistance. Monarch is participating on committees for the development of European CEN standards, to be adopted in the near future.
MONARCH - Constant evolution! A step ahead.
Carbon Black Nozzle
The F-94 Nozzle is available in a wide range of spray angles for many diverse applications. A unique spirally milled core or “disc” produces a high velocity spinning action that gives a solid cone distribution of medium atomization. This Nozzle is particularly successful for dust suppression, industrial washers, coal washing and the production of carbon black.
AAMA-kit for large capacity water nozzle
The B-25 Nozzles are of two piece construction with large tangential metering slots in the internal Disc to give a nonrestricted flow with a uniform “Solid” distribution. For special applications, a hollow cone spray can be produced from this same design. These Nozzles with high flow rates and coarser sprays are used in gas scrubbing, adsorption towers, brine spraying, and chemical and industrial processing.

Quality- and functional tested MONARCH nozzles
Only Monarch completely tests each and every nozzle… …individually. Sure, other manufacturers may say they test every nozzle. We know better and so should you. Only Monarch invests the time and money to perform 100% testing. That means each and every nozzle we make without exception. It’s simply impossible to buy a Monarch nozzle that hasn’t been tested and passed by our testing experts. Our tests include:
1. Flow Rate/Capacity. One by one, nozzle tips are tested at 100psi against calibrated matter samples. Flow must register within strict limits.
2. Spray Angle. Our testers check every nozzle to be certain it’s spray angle is within tolerance. Whether 30° or 90° or any angle in between is called for, Monarch nozzles meet all burner manufacturer’s recommendations.
3. Spray Balance. The nozzle is rotated 360° to be observed from every direction. Testers assure that the spray is symmetrical about its axis.
4. Spray Quality. A high intensity light is used to illuminate the spray. If shadows or streaks are observed, if there is a speck of dirt or surface defect at the orifice…that nozzle is rejected.
5. High Pressure Flutter. Pressure is boosted to 150 psi to magnify any defect and to be certain there is no pulsation or “flutter” that might otherwise escape detection. If our nozzles are “perfect” at both 100 and 150 psi, you can be certain they will perform for you.
