To maximize stream length, mounting close to tees should be avoided as the turbulence produced from “turning the corner” disrupts smooth stream.

October 18, 2016Because inside the nozzles 629 and 631 are no spacers, they are virtually nonclogging. Each foreign body for which the large tangential inflow permeable, is simply blown through the nozzle opening. The shape of the vortex chamber, both at End is conical, produces a uniform Hollow cone distribution. The atomization at a higher pressure and a larger spray angle finer.
Typical applications include air-wash systems, ventilators, cooling towers, sparkling resolution, smoke and dust removal, gas cooling, waxing, degreasing and general industrial processing and agricultural applications.

March 29, 2016The H-261 direct pressure operated Nozzle produces a very fine hollow cone spray similar to the F-80 Nozzle. However, it has a 1/4″ male NPT thread, so no adaptor is needed, and it can be connected directly to a 1/4″ Tee. Material: All Brass, with 120 mesh Monel Strainer. Primary use is at snow cannons or spray racks.
The H-261-CJ is the same general construction as the H-261 Nozzle. This version includes a “Center Jet” through the middle of the swirler which produces a Solid Cone Spray and somewhat coarser atomization. It has proven extremely successful in commercial dish washers.
